Returns Policy

The returns policy is different for non-personalised and personalised products.

  • All returns should be sent to the address referenced in the delivery package.
  • Before returning the package, please notify us by using our contact form.

Non-Personalised Products

These are products where no changes have been made to the design of the product or made to your specific requirements.

Returns are accepted on the following basis:

  • If you change your mind and no longer want the product, please let us know within 28 days for a full refund of the product cost by using this form. Please note you will need pay the postage and return the item to us in an undamaged condition.
  • If the item has arrived damage. Please let us know using our content form and you will be offered a full refund or be sent a replacement product free of charge, dependent on your preference.

Personalised Products

These are products where the customer has requested changes to the product or they have been made to your specific requirements, for example by providing their own text or pictures, or to a specific size.

  • No refunds are given once the product has been printed. This is in accordance with eCommerce regulations relating to products that are clearly personalised. It is not possible for us to resell products that have been personalised.
  • If the item has arrived damage. Please let us know using our contact form and you will be offered a full refund or be sent a replacement product free of charge, dependent on your preference.
